I have a question. These world records that you have in "wall sit" and "squats" are they only world records for women or are you better than all the men too at "wall sit"? I really need to know this. I cannot find that information anywhere. By the way, you are incredible!

@guitarpro65 My legs were always at 90-degrees. See my other side view wall sit videos-- they have better camera angle. The rules were giving in this video. Good luck with trying out this record. So far... no one is able to break this record yet. Let me know if you need help.

I am curious about the rules of this feat. It didn't look as though your legs were at a 90 degree angle. My guess is that you just had to support your weight with only pushing your legs against a wall for 11 or so hours. Just curious. I run long distances and would like to try this.

So to lift 70,000 lbs 45 lbs at a time you will have to do 1556 reps? And thats about 26 reps per minute or a little faster than 1 rep every 2 seconds if my math is right. Have you tried this yet? Got to be hard on the knees. Be safe, you are special!

I will be lifting 45 pounds... If you carry less weight, you have to squat more. For you, you need to carry at least 1/2 your body weight. Most people cannot squat so many times. Their knees and back will hurt or they will injure themself.... so do be real careful. Knee injuries take a long long time to heal.

I am 96 pounds. By the way, I am planning to break another? Guinness World Record when I release my cookbook. It may be June 19, 2010. It is? the greatest weight deadlifted in one hour. The current world record is 31,500? kg (69,445 lb), held by Eamonn Keane (Ireland) at Powerhouse Gym in Dublin, Ireland, on 29 September 2007. Eamonn is over twice my size! Please check back. Holy cow!!!! i just did the wall sit today for fitness, grade 10 (boy/girl class) i m a girl, and i got 6 min, beat every person in the class exept one boy 9min. Damn i was feeling all good about myself too!! wow 11hr fucking crazy!!
