Do you really mean to say 15 sets of only chest exercises in one workout? That sounds like an awful lot to me. What justifies doing so many sets? Other sources tell me to do max 9.

Hey Scott, I'd just like to say that with the help of your videos, some supplements, and determination I have greatly improved in strength, mass, and appearance. I started out bench pressing 140 max and after just 2 months I'm at 200 max. Thanks for the help! Keep making these great videos!

@JulienMV I have the same thing with my abs. Its generally not the case for the chest though because it is quite a big muscle. He shouldn't notice too much difference.

@thereecious YEs, but in some cases, people's bones are uneven, I don't think there is much to do for that. Like my abs are not symetrical, because of my ribs that are uneven... I can't do anything about it

@DanimalScience I do, I do flat bench press for heavier weight strength training. I do dumbells for higher reps and definition to the pecs.

@89mrroboto Uneven pecs are caused by favouring one side SO, you simply do an exercise that works both sides evenly. To be more specific, using a machine to do your chest or a bench is NOT going to help you even out your pecs, you will still be favouring one side. So, what you want to do is, an exercise that uses individual weights. Use dumb bells instead of the first exercise shown above and incorporate Pulley exercises into your chest routine. Hope this helps!

@nickpeter101 Check your form. I am very tall (6'4) and have long limbs. I notice that unless I pay attention to having my arms being at a 90 degree angle on the downward part of the exercise, my shoulders are recruited more (the authors of "From Scrawny to Brawny" go into the biomechanics of it): whereas someone with shorter arms would hit 90 degrees when the bar is right over the chest, I have to actually stop before I go that far or risk straining my shoulders.
