ive used moogels and it didnt leave my head sticky but it left my coated heads blue!! lol but right now im using both on my clear heads

for now my the only drum muffling ive used is a ring on my snare(mine just happens to be an evans) for my toms i dont have any muffling but since im going to my local drum store soon im thinking of getting me some heads made to dampen those. 5 stars for the vid though. may not have had much of a effect on me but im not a new drummer, for the new drummers this is a perfect vdeo.

5**** to your video I used moon gel for many years and yea, the moon gel does leave the drum head sticky after a while. Plus it leaves a blue print on the heads too. So I really like the light weight drum rings and I'm a HARD hitter ! ! !

I like stidio rings but moved over to moon gels. i was having that problem of the rings vibrating and popping off sometimes.
